成果与荣誉:

  任职以来,坚持个人学术研究服务机械工程学科发展积极开展科研工作。在跨尺度多物理场模拟与机理性能预测、先进制造技术、装备极端条件服役性能等方面积极探索,基于多尺度系统研究热、力、氧、流等多物理场耦合作用下,开展不同尺度下服役行为模拟与实验研究,厘清复杂环境装备疲劳、磨损、腐蚀等失效问题的跨尺度关联机制,阐释机械装备的非线性服役安全模拟、控制、动态可靠性等耦合作用。在先进制造工艺调控与装备现场快速修复方面,拓展了机械工程学科在智能制造现场维修保障领域的应用研究。积极对接先进成形制造,开展高强韧、抗辐照、耐磨损、耐腐蚀材料机构工艺调控技术。针对传统大型装备维修保障和表面修复等关键问题,探索视觉引导、装备适用、便携高效的现场多功能3D修复处理方法,有效延长关键部件的使用寿命和降低关键部件用运行和成本。先后承担装备预研领域基金、装备预研教育部联合基金、国防科技创新特区项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金、博士后基金、厂企合作等科研项目10余项,发表相关学术论文30余篇。
